How It Works

1. Install the Plugin

Find "BuzzRank" in the WordPress plugin directory, install, and activate. Takes about 60 seconds.

2. Connect Your Account

Enter your BuzzRank API key in the plugin settings. The plugin verifies the connection and syncs your WordPress site structure – categories, tags, authors, and post types.

3. Map Your Content

Tell BuzzRank where different content types should go:

• Blog articles → Posts → Category: Blog
• Glossary entries → Posts → Category: Glossary
• Comparison pages → Pages → Custom template
• Integration pages → Custom post type

4. Configure Publishing

Choose your defaults:

• Status: Draft, pending review, or published
• Author: Which WordPress user appears as author
• Featured images: Auto-generate or use BuzzRank's image selection
• SEO plugin: Auto-fill Yoast SEO or Rank Math fields

5. Publish

Hit publish in BuzzRank and content appears in WordPress. Formatted, optimized, ready to go.
