§ 1. General Provisions

  1. 1.These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the BuzzRank.io platform ("Platform").
  2. 2.The Platform provides AI-powered content automation and a verified backlink exchange marketplace.
  3. 3.By registering and using the Platform, you accept these Terms in full.
  4. 4.The Platform is intended for business use (B2B) and professional content creators.

§ 2. Definitions

User

Any person or entity registered on the Platform.

Content

Articles, images, and other materials generated or published via the Platform.

Credits

Internal currency used for backlink exchange transactions (1 credit = $1 USD).

Backlink Exchange

The marketplace feature allowing Users to trade verified backlinks.

Integration

Third-party services (e.g., WordPress) connected to the Platform for content publishing.

§ 3. Scope of Services

The Platform provides:

  • AI-powered content generation and planning
  • Automated publishing to connected integrations
  • Backlink exchange marketplace with verification
  • Analytics and reporting tools

Services are provided on a subscription basis as outlined in the Pricing section.

The Platform does not guarantee specific SEO results or rankings.

§ 4. User Obligations

  1. 1.Users must provide accurate information during registration.
  2. 2.Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
  3. 3.Users must not use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  4. 4.Content generated must comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Users participating in Backlink Exchange must:

  • Only offer links from domains they own or control
  • Maintain placed backlinks for a minimum of 90 days
  • Not engage in link schemes or manipulative practices

§ 5. Payments and Billing

  1. 1.Subscription fees are charged monthly or as specified in the chosen plan.
  2. 2.Credits are deducted only after successful verification of backlink placement.
  3. 3.All payments are processed via Stripe.
  4. 4.Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as per our Refund Policy.

§ 6. Intellectual Property

  1. 1.Content generated via the Platform is owned by the User who generated it.
  2. 2.The Platform and its underlying technology remain the property of CreativeRebels.
  3. 3.Users grant the Platform a limited license to process and display their content as necessary to provide services.

§ 7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • Third-party integration failures or downtime
  • SEO performance or ranking changes
  • User-generated content or backlink quality

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim.

§ 8. Termination

  1. 1.Users may cancel their subscription at any time via account settings.
  2. 2.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  3. 3.Upon termination, access to the Platform will be revoked, but previously published content remains on connected integrations.

§ 9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

§ 10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
